Drink #1: Ginger-Citrus Cold Brew


INGREDIENTS:

2 cups water

4 oranges, zested and juiced

4 lemons, zested and juiced

1/2 cup honey

1 2-oz. piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced (1/3 cup)

Ice cubes

3/4 cup cold brew coffee concentrate


DIRECTIONS:

For citrus syrup: In a large saucepan combine the water, orange zest and juice, lemon zest and juice, honey, and ginger. Bring to a boil; stirring to dissolve honey. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Cover; let cool. Strain, discard solids. Transfer to a container; cover, Chill up to 2 weeks.


Prep Time: 10 mins.

Total Time: 40 mins.



Drink #2: TURMERIC-MANGO TONIC


INGREDIENTS:

1 medium mango, seeded, peeled, and chopped (1 cup)

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric

Ice cubes

1/4 cup sparkling water

Cayenne pepper


DIRECTIONS:

In a blender puree mango, pineapple juice, and turmeric until smooth. Pour into a glass; add ice cubes and sparkling water. Top with mango slices and cayenne.


Total Time: 15 minutes

Serving: 1



Drink #3: WATERMELON-BERRY LIMEADE


INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup chopped watermelon

1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled

1/2 cup coconut water

1 lime, juiced

Ice cubes


DIRECTIONS:

In a blender puree watermelon, strawberries, coconut water, and lime juice until smooth. Pour over ice cubes in a glass. Top with additional strawberries and lime slices.


Total Time: 10 minutes
