(used in picture...Frozen butter was cooked with 2 pieces of flounder and placed over a bed of frozen veggies).
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 teaspoon chipotle powder
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh cilantro
1/8 teaspoon freshly grated zest
1/4 cup butter, softened
DIRECTIONS:
1. Combine all ingredients for desired flavor butter in bowl. Beat at medium speed until well mixed; refrigerate until firm.
2. Stir in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
Yield: 1/4 cup Prep: 10 mins

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon finely grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
DIRECTIONS:
Stir 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese and 2 tablespoons finely grated Cheddar cheese into 1 stick softened butter.
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
1 1/2 to 2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 cup butter, softened
DIRECTIONS:
Stir 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning and 1-1/2 to 2 teaspoon grated lemon peel into 1 stick softened butter.
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

4 teaspoons minced fresh basil
1 - 1 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup butter, softened
DIRECTIONS:
Combine butter, basil, parsley and garlic butter.
Beat at medium speed until well mixed
Refrigerate until firm.
Store in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
